PILATES
Join us every Monday at 9.30 am for 75 Minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and a coffee and every Wednesday at 10am for 1 hour of Pilates followed by coffee for £10.
For and extra £10 you can enhance your Pilates and Yoga experience with one hours use of the Sauna/Cold/Shower and Garden room.
